About This Course

The aim is for academic staff to be encouraged to critically examine their own ways of communicating with students and to learn communication skills that respect their differences. Additionally, the goal is to raise awareness of their own role and significance in promoting and applying the values of inclusion in higher education. Finally, it involves recognizing the possibilities and importance of the peer role in promoting and applying the values of inclusion in supporting colleagues with difficulties.

Tanja Stanković-Janković

Tanja Stanković-Janković, PhD, full professor in the field of Teaching Methodology, has participated in numerous projects, seminars, and scientific conferences addressing various issues in educational work, including student goals, emotional education, nonviolent communication, methods and techniques of effective learning, prevention of peer violence, and inclusion in education. She is the author of four books and has contributed to various scientific and professional papers.

Sanja M. Partalo

Sanja M. Partalo, PhD, is an associate professor in the field of General Pedagogy at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Banja Luka. In her scientific, teaching, and professional work, she advocates for a humanistic orientation in working with children, emphasizing the importance of developing friendly and partnership-based relationships in upbringing and education. Her research interests include early childhood pedagogy, children's play and creativity, socio-emotional development and education, motivation of preschool children, speech and communication development, contemporary concepts of preschool education, comparative pedagogy, and inclusion in upbringing and education.
